Anti Fund is a San Francisco-based venture and growth investment platform founded in 2021 by Geoffrey Woo and Jake Paul, with Logan Paul joining as General Partner in December 2025. The firm operates a barbell strategy: Venture I backs technical founders at the earliest stages, before a category has consensus recognition, while the newly closed Growth I concentrates capital into companies converting technical insight into institutional-scale value. With the close of Growth I, total firm AUM now exceeds $180 million.
Anti Fund invests across artificial intelligence, robotics, frontier infrastructure, defense, energy, fintech, consumer technology, and pre-IPO companies.
Venture I focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage technical founders building before their category is obvious to the broader market.
Growth I concentrates capital into later-stage companies where technical edge, product judgment, and market timing are converting into institutional scale, including pre-IPO positions in some of the most competitive funding rounds in venture.
Anti Fund describes itself as built around operators backing operators, Woo is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Ketone-IQ and Archive; Jake and Logan Paul bring large-scale media, audience, and consumer brand operating experience. The firm's stated philosophy is that capital alone is insufficient and that attention, trust, and real founder support are the scarcer resources at both the earliest and most competitive stages of venture.
In December 2025, Anti Fund closed its first institutional vehicle, Anti Fund I, with $30 million in committed capital. The fund was oversubscribed, reflecting strong investor demand for the firm’s differentiated strategy. With the close of Fund I, the firm’s assets under management now exceed $65 million.
Anti Fund Growth I closed oversubscribed at $100 million in June 2026, bringing total firm AUM to over $180 million (following Anti Fund I, which closed oversubscribed at $30 million in December 2025).
Growth I is anchored by Aquarian Holdings, an investment advisory platform managing approximately $27.1 billion in AUM, across both Venture I and Growth I.
Additional LPs include FocusPoint Private Capital Group (which also served as exclusive placement agent), Daniel Michalow (former partner at D.E. Shaw), Matt Holt (founder of Thoreau Group, former managing director and president of private equity at New Mountain Capital), Athanor Capital, and Asher Genoot (CEO of Hut 8 Corp). Growth I has already built positions in OpenAI, Anduril, SpaceX, Cognition, Saronic, Etched, Helion, Erebor, and Modal.
Leadership
The firm is co-founded by Geoffrey Woo and Jake Paul, with Logan Paul joining as General Partner in 2025. All three are known for operating at the intersection of tech, brand, and cultural influence. Their backgrounds as serial entrepreneurs, creators, and operators give Anti Fund an unconventional but highly effective edge in modern venture.
Investment Strategy
Anti Fund focuses on the earliest stages of company formation, with some flexibility for later-stage bets. The strategy centers on identifying “anti” founders, those who reject consensus and are actively reshaping norms. The firm uses cultural influence and media to amplify its portfolio companies, helping them win both attention and adoption. Founders get capital, yes, but also momentum.
