Boundless Ventures invests in India-rooted founders who are building frontier companies in four core arenas:

1. The AI-native stack, including infrastructure, memory protocols, and intelligent agents.
2. Make-in-India hardware, focusing on autonomous systems and design-first manufacturing.
3. The New-India consumer, where cultural insight meets code, enabling tech-enabled consumer breakthroughs.
4. Science × story, where deep tech is enhanced by brand, narrative, and distribution leverage.

All portfolio companies are expected to be AI-native from day one.

Boundless Ventures was publicly announced in August 2025.

The firm has begun actively deploying capital and has already backed several startups across its focus areas.

Boundless typically writes the first institutional cheque in the $500K to $1M range and retains the capacity to double down in follow-on rounds.

The firm positions itself as a conviction-led, hands-on early partner for companies building in the AI-native era.

‍Leadership

The fund is led by Natasha Malpani who trained as an immunologist at Oxford, spent five years investing in healthcare at a billion-dollar fund in London, completed her MBA at Stanford, and returned to India as a
media founder and operator before moving back into venture capital.

Investment Strategy

Boundless takes a thesis-first approach to early-stage investing, focused on AI-native companies that operate at the edges of science, infrastructure, and culture.

The fund is highly selective and leans in early, writing initial checks into companies it believes can lead globally competitive categories. Its model centers on backing founders with strong technical depth, narrative clarity, and a systems-thinking approach.

The fund is especially interested in companies building foundational tools, autonomous hardware, culturally resonant consumer products, and deep tech with distribution leverage.
