CAVU Consumer Partners

About

CAVU Consumer Partners is a US-based investment firm focused exclusively on branded consumer companies. Founded by Brett Thomas and Rohan Oza, CAVU has built its platform around identifying and scaling culture-led, better-for-you consumer brands at moments of meaningful inflection. The firm is known for deep brand involvement, long-term partnerships with founders, and a strong track record of building category-defining consumer businesses.

Fund

In February 2026, CAVU Consumer Partners closed its fifth fund, Fund V, with $325 million in total commitments, exceeding its initial $275 million target. The fund was oversubscribed and marked a meaningful step up from the firm’s prior 2021 vintage, bringing total assets under management to just under $1.4 billion. More than 90 percent of existing limited partners re-upped into Fund V, alongside a selective group of new institutional investors, including asset managers, family offices, and endowments.

Fund V continues CAVU’s strategy of investing in consumer brands at critical growth inflection points, with flexibility to pursue growth-stage investments, earlier-stage opportunities, and selective incubations. The fund is designed to support brands as they scale distribution, build operational infrastructure, and prepare for strategic outcomes, benefiting from increasing demand among large strategics and private equity firms for wellness-oriented, authentic consumer brands.
