​Greenfield Partners is a growth equity investment firm with offices in New York and Tel Aviv, specializing in early growth-stage technology and tech-enabled companies. Established in 2016 as part of TPG Growth's investment platform, Greenfield became an independent entity in 2020.

Fund

In February 2025, Greenfield Partners announced the closing of $400 million in capital commitments for its third fund, bringing total assets under management to over $1 billion. This fund aims to invest in enterprise-focused early growth technology companies globally.

Investment Strategy

Greenfield Partners employs a post-investment methodology called Greenfield Growth Momentum (G²M), designed to assist companies in overcoming challenges unique to the early growth stage. The G²M framework is led by Operating Partner Nir Goldstein, formerly VP of Sales at Monday.com.
