Articulate is a San Francisco-based pre-seed venture firm founded by Helen Min in 2026. Helen spent nearly two decades as an early marketing leader at some of the most consequential startups of the internet era, Facebook, Dropbox, Quora, Plaid, and AngelList, where her job was to help technical founders articulate what they were building before the world understood it. She began angel investing eight years ago while at Plaid and has since built a track record backing technical founders from her network at the earliest stages. Articulate formalizes that model into a dedicated fund. Helen also serves as a Venture Partner at True Ventures.

Leadership
Helen Min is Founder and General Partner. She was an early marketing leader at Facebook, Dropbox, Quora, Plaid, and AngelList, where she developed deep relationships with technical founders across the consumer and fintech ecosystem. She began angel investing in 2018 while at Plaid and has backed companies including Stytch (acquired by Twilio), Metronome (acquired by Stripe), and Koala (acquired by Cursor), among others. She also serves as a Venture Partner at True Ventures.
