Audeo Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2021 by Pavel Tinkov and Greg Laurent Josi. The firm backs serial entrepreneurs who deeply understand traditional, often overlooked markets, with a focus on reinvigorating foundational industries through modern technology. Audeo's LP base spans single and multi-family offices and sovereign entities across multiple geographies. Fund II follows the firm's first fund, which produced two notable exits: X1, acquired by Robinhood, and Caramel, acquired by eBay.

Leadership

Pavel Tinkov is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Audeo Ventures. He began his career in public markets before co-founding LJTS Group alongside Greg Laurent Josi, an experience that led directly to launching Audeo in 2021. Tinkov holds degrees from the University of Southern California, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Bocconi University. Greg Laurent Josi is Co-Founder and Managing Partner with a background in quantitative investments at a global asset management firm. He previously co-founded and served as Managing Director and CIO of LJTS Group, and holds a BSc in Political Economics from Bocconi University.

Investment Strategy

Audeo writes checks between $2 million and $5 million at the early stage, with a strong preference for companies operating in fintech and consumer finance in the US and LATAM. The firm targets founders with deep market knowledge and prior operating experience. Given its global LP base and offices across three continents, Audeo brings international network access alongside capital.
