Bramble Partners is a UK-based venture capital firm founded in 2024 by Henry Dimbleby, co-founder of the Leon restaurant chain and author of the UK government's National Food Strategy review, alongside co-founder Omar Habbal. The firm invests across the food value chain, aiming to build a food system that generates commercial returns while improving health outcomes and reducing environmental impact.

Bramble invests in UK and European companies from Series A through growth stage, typically deploying several million pounds per company.
Bramble Partners is raising its debut fund, targeting $132.5 million, doubled from its original $66.2 million target at the firm's 2024 launch.
In September 2026, Tesco committed $26.5 million as the fund's anchor investor, with former Schroders CEO Peter Harrison also reported as a backer. The fund still needs additional institutional or family-office LPs to reach its full target.
