
Brighteye Ventures is a European venture capital firm founded in 2017, investing in early-stage companies building what it calls HumanOS, technology that helps people learn, work, and adapt in the AI era. Since inception the firm has backed more than 50 companies and manages $245 million in assets under management across three funds.

The firm writes core checks of $0.5 million to $4 million, alongside smaller "Blink" checks of $150,000 to $500,000 for idea-stage companies, targeting up to 35 investments from Fund III.
Its thesis spans edtech, AI-driven productivity, labour platforms, and adjacent applications such as healthcare intelligence.
Brighteye Ventures announced a first close of $72 million for Fund III in September 2026, toward ~$115 million target, with a final close expected in the first half of 2027.
The fund is backed by the Lumina Foundation, Zanichelli, PI Impact, the European Investment Fund, the Jacobs Foundation, and a number of European family offices.
Fund III has already backed imagi, NEX Health Intelligence, and Gyver.
