The firm invests across Europe, with portfolio companies in France, Germany, Italy, and Lithuania, from late seed through Series B.
Educapital closed its debut fund, Fund I, at $53.5 million in 2017, followed by Fund II at a final close of $170.9 million in April 2023, bringing combined assets under management across both funds to roughly $227.9 million.
The firm is now raising Fund III. The European Investment Fund (EIF), a repeat investor from Fund II, has committed $22.8 million via the EU's InvestEU programme. Educapital invests up to $10 million per company.
