Emerald Technology Ventures is a Zurich-based venture capital firm founded in 2000 that specializes in sustainability and climate tech, with offices in Toronto and Singapore. With over €1 billion under management, Emerald is one of the world's longest-running climate tech investors and operates a distinctive model that combines independent venture funds with corporate venture capital mandates for more than 50 large industrial corporations.
Emerald focuses on technology for the sustainable industrial transformation: water technology (infrastructure resilience, advanced treatment, reuse, digital monitoring, emerging contaminants), energy, materials, food and agriculture, mobility, and industrial IT.
