Emerald Technology Ventures is a Zurich-based venture capital firm founded in 2000 that specializes in sustainability and climate tech, with offices in Toronto and Singapore. LPs include Temasek, the Grundfos Foundation, Veralto Corporation, Ecolab, SKion Water, and Oxy Technology Ventures, a deliberately industrial LP base that also serves as a strategic partner network for portfolio companies. In parallel, Emerald has expanded into Physical AI through a $62 million platform with DIC Corporation (February 2026) and added Festool Group as an LP in its Industrial Innovation Fund (November 2025).

Leadership
Gina Domanig is Managing Partner and CEO, a long-tenured leader who has guided Emerald's growth to over €1 billion in AUM. Dr. Helge Daebel is Partner and Head of the Water practice, leading the Global Water Fund II. Daebel holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from ETH Zurich and has been with Emerald since 2006, with board roles at multiple water sector companies including Optimatics (acquired by SUEZ) and Pure Technologies (acquired by Xylem). Hans Dellenbach is Senior Partner and CFO.
