Nauta Capital invests in capital-efficient B2B software companies disrupting large verticals including travel, finance, retail, and HR, typically from pre-seed through Series A.
Through its Nauta Labs program, the fund also backs pre-seed deep tech companies in high-performance computing, AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, industrial automation, digital health infrastructure, and energy frontier technology, writing smaller initial checks into that cohort.

Nauta Capital announced the first close of its sixth fund at $67.3 million, toward a target total fund size of $168 million to $224 million expected in the second half of 2027.
The British Business Bank anchored the close with $33.6 million, its fourth investment in a Nauta fund, alongside SETT, Merifin Capital, Institut Català de Finances, and other institutions and family offices from the UK, Continental Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.
About three-quarters of investors in the first close are returning Nauta LPs. The firm expects total assets under management of nearly $841 million, once the fund is fully raised.
