Fund

nVentures' debut fund, Fund I, is fully deployed and has made 13 investments across Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Singapore, and the UK, with a primary focus on B2B fintech.

The fund has recorded two institutional exits, including WealthOS's acquisition by JPMorgan Chase and Kaiju Labs' acquisition by KAST within 20 months of investment.

In September 2026, nVentures announced it is raising Fund II, targeting $10 million, and has secured almost $2 million in commitments, reaching its initial close target. Managing Partner Chalinda Abeykoon told DealStreetAsia the final close is planned over the next 12 to 18 months.

Investors include backers from Sri Lanka and its diaspora, as well as Singapore and other international markets.

Fund II will invest in pre-seed and seed-stage companies, with check sizes between $100,000 and $500,000, targeting around 20 investments in enterprise AI and B2B software.
