Partech Impact is the inaugural impact fund from Partech, a global investment platform for tech companies with offices across Europe and the US. The fund reached its final close in March 2026 at EUR300 million and is led by General Partners Remi Said and Arnaud Minvielle. Partech Impact was created to address a structural gap in the European market: the absence of a dedicated growth-stage investor for commercially mature, impact-native companies.
Partech Impact backs B2B technology companies that are transforming global value chains across six themes: clean production, sustainable agriculture, clean construction, new mobility, economic empowerment, and digital health. The fund targets companies that have reached commercial maturity, typically exceeding EUR 10 million in annual revenues, and need institutional-grade capital and operational expertise to scale internationally.
The Partech Impact Fund closed at EUR 300 million in March 2026, representing Partech's debut in the impact investing space. The fund was raised against what the team described as one of the most challenging fundraising environments of the past decade.
Its LP base includes Allianz, Bpifrance, the MC4 Fund operated by Bpifrance on behalf of France 2030, British Business Bank, EIF, COFIDES, Neuberger Berman, KBC, Legrand, QIC, SETT, and Visa Foundation, spanning investors across Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia. Approximately 40% of the fund had already been deployed at the time of close. The fund's pan-European geographic mandate covers France, Benelux, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK.
