Psalion

About

Psalion is a Singapore-based global digital asset investment manager, founded in 2021, operating across early-stage venture capital (Psalion VC), yield strategies (Psalion Yield), and digital asset lending (Psalion Lend). The firm serves institutions, family offices, corporate treasuries, allocators, and sophisticated investors, with offices in North America, Asia, and Europe.

Investment Focus

Psalion VC invests in pre-seed and seed-stage blockchain and digital-asset companies, targeting infrastructure, middleware, trade finance, real-world assets (RWA), stablecoins, and decentralized finance (DeFi), with an emphasis on consumer applications where web3 rails underpin web2-style businesses.

Fund III's first disclosed investment is Beezie, a commerce platform for buying and collecting digital and physical assets, via a $4 million round Psalion led shortly after launch.

Fund

Psalion VC Fund III launched in July 2026, the firm's third and largest vehicle, following Fund I and Fund II, both raised and deployed during down-market periods.

Fund III closed at $50 million, structured as a Singapore-domiciled Variable Capital Company (VCC) and managed by Conduit Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (CAM), which is licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Specific check size and LP composition for Fund III have not been publicly disclosed. Based on disclosed prior rounds, Psalion has typically written Seed checks averaging around $2.61M (six disclosed Seed deals), including a $2M lead check into Umoja and a $2.5M investment in Brickken, with Series A participation averaging around $6.5M across two disclosed deals. Across its broader platform, Psalion serves institutions, family offices, corporate treasuries, allocators, and sophisticated investors, reporting 14 family office clients among its client base.

The fund began deploying capital almost immediately, leading a $4 million round in commerce platform Beezie the same week as launch; Psalion's specific contribution within that round was not disclosed.
