SaaSholic invests at the seed stage in Latin American B2B software founders, with a growing share of capital earmarked for companies exporting to the US market.
The firm has repositioned its thesis around what it calls the "agentic software" era, moving away from the seat-based SaaS pricing model toward AI-agent-native software and outcome- or usage-based value creation.
Sector focus spans fintech, legal tech, and vertical SaaS. The firm runs a concentrated, high-touch model, with each partner closely managing a small number of portfolio companies at a time.

What the fund looks for in founders and which sectors it backs.
SaaSholic closed its third fund, Fund III, at $30 million in August 2026, three times the size of its $10 million second fund and twenty times its original $1.5 million debut vehicle.
Fund III is backed by Spectra, which committed $7 million, alongside Evertec and Ricardo Goldfarb of the Lojas Marisa family, who tripled his prior Fund II commitment, plus other Latin American founder-angels.
Roughly 30-40% of Fund III is earmarked for LatAm founders building for international, particularly US, markets.
Per-company checks have grown from a $150,000–$500,000 range in prior funds to $1 million–$1.5 million, with ownership targets rising from roughly 10% to 12-15%.
