The first close was led by Abbott and Mayo Clinic, with participation from senior Medtech executives, physicians, life science professionals, and significant commitment from the fund's general and operating partners, all of whom invested their own capital as LPs, directly aligning financial interests with portfolio outcomes.

Leadership

Adam Rosenwach is Founding Managing Partner, with prior senior operating and finance roles at Medtech incubators and high-growth startups including Axon, Coridea, and Deerfield Catalyst. He holds a Wharton MBA and a degree from Berklee College of Music.

Tal Wenderow is Founding Managing Partner, founder of Corindus Vascular Robotics, which he led through its full lifecycle to a $1.1B acquisition by Siemens Healthineers; he subsequently served as a Venture Partner for a global Medtech strategic.

Raymond W. Cohen is Operating Partner, having engineered over $5B in exit value as CEO and Chairman of multiple Medtech companies.

Scott Pantel is Operating Partner, Founder and CEO of LSI, the leading Medtech investor conference platform, providing unparalleled access to the global Medtech ecosystem, deal flow, strategic acquirer relationships, and proprietary market intelligence.

Joe Mullings is Operating Partner, Chairman and CEO of The Mullings Group Companies, contributing the industry's leading Medtech executive search capabilities and Dragonfly, a Medtech marketing platform supporting portfolio companies' brand visibility and commercial momentum.
