The VC fund, advised by Tritemius Ventures, will deploy average ticket sizes of approximately €500,000, targeting companies from pre-seed to Series A.

The fund introduces a hybrid investment strategy that may allocate up to 30 percent of its capital to token-based instruments, leveraging the flexibility provided by the European EuVECA framework.
