Valor Equity Partners closed its seventh flagship fund at $3.3 billion, exceeding the at-least-$2.5-billion target it set when it began raising the vehicle in 2026.
The close follows the firm's August 2024 close of Fund VI at $2.35 billion, which was above its $2 billion target, alongside more than $1 billion in new commitments to other Valor-managed vehicles, including Valor Siren Ventures II and the Valor Opportunity Fund, for $3.4 billion in total new commitments at that time. Valor manages approximately $17.5 billion in assets across its fund strategies.
Limited partners include public pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations, family offices, endowments, and foundations based in the United States and internationally.
