Verne Capital is a Germany- and Luxembourg-based venture capital firm founded in 2025 by Benjamin Krahmer and Michael Singer. The firm invests in early-stage startups building breakthrough technologies for defence, security, and cybersecurity, with a mission to strengthen European sovereignty, protect critical infrastructure, and enhance resilience against emerging threats.
Verne Capital targets European defense tech startups with frontline-tested technologies and strong teams. It evaluates companies on technological expertise, scalability, and what it calls “defense IQ.”
